Reservations
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours however, cancellation and deposit policy varies by reservation type. Booking directly with us will offer you more cancellation options.
I booked on a third-party site and I need to make changes to my reservation, how do I do this?
Please contact the third-party’s customer service. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your reservation unless it was booked by us directly.
What is the minimum age to book a reservation?
You must be 21 years or older to be able to check in into the hotel. A Valid picture ID and a valid method of payment is required.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We have accessible king rooms that meet ADA requirements. Please see room descriptions for details and images. Kindly include requests in the comments section of the online reservation form or by calling us directly after the reservation has been made.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and debit cards. Please be aware that an authorization will be held on your card for the full amount of your room rate, taxes, and an additional amount for incidentals/damages.
What other fees should I be aware of?
State tax is 8.875%, city tax is 5.875%, occupancy fee is $3.50, and facility fee is $20. All taxes and fees are per room/per night.
What is included in the facility fee?
The facility fee includes Wi-Fi access, digital room keys, in room streaming service, passes to Planet Fitness, purified water system (located on the 8th floor) and unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls.
During Your Stay
What time is check in/ check out?
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Requests for earlier check in and later check out will be based on availability.
Can I store my luggage?
We can store your luggage prior to check in and after check out.
Do you allow smoking in the rooms?
We are 100% non-smoking. We do not allow smoking in guest spaces as well as guest rooms and balconies.
Are rollaway beds available?
We do not have rollaway beds at our hotel.
Are cribs available?
We do not have cribs at our hotel.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do have 5 double rooms that connect to an Accessible King room. These rooms are based on availability, please contact us to request.
Are you pet-friendly?
No pets allowed except for service animals. Please advise when making a reservation if bringing a guide dog or service animal into the hotel so we may prepare for arrival accordingly.
Is there a fitness facility available?
Guest passes for Planet Fitness are included with your rate. Planet Fitness is located across the street from the hotel.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel including guest rooms.
Do you offer parking?
Discounted parking is available for guests at Meyer’s Parking garage just one block away. Guest parking is $40 for 24 hours.
What’s with the T-Rex?
We are proud to be a part of the Henn na Hotel culture. Born in Japan, the Henn na brand is known to be innovative and evolving. The Japanese Henn na Hotels feature animatronic people and even dinosaurs to check you in! As a nod to our roots, our T-Rex stands prominently in our lobby to surprise and delight! Please do not feed the dinosaur, he is on a strict diet but take as many pictures as you would like! #HennNaHotelNY
Why does my closet look futuristic?
Our Executive King bedrooms and Suites feature LG Styler closets that steam, freshen, and clean your clothes. This is provided for your convenience should you want to freshen up before that meeting or party! Instructions are available in your room; please contact the front desk should you require additional assistance.
Is there a restaurant?
Our restaurant GO SUKE offers fresh sushi and authentic Japanese cuisine. It's open for lunch, and dinner with a full service bar. You can access their menus and daily specials via the restaurant tab located on our website.
What can I watch on TV?
Our televisions have streaming capabilities so you can stream your personal device and viewing subscriptions.
